Peace of Mind with Our Three-Year Limited Warranty

At ElRoyale Painting, we’re proud to be your trusted house painters and painting contractors in Canada. Our promise is certainty — a smooth, worry-free property improvement experience from start to finish. Our limited three-year warranty helps give homeowners extra confidence when they choose ElRoyale for residential painting projects, including interior house painting, exterior house painting, kitchen cabinet painting, and more.

Subject to the limitations set forth below, for a period of three years from the date of completion of the work described in your contract, ElRoyale Painting (“ElRoyale” or the “ElRoyale Painting Business”) will repair any peeling, blistering, or chipping paint resulting from defective workmanship on services performed by ElRoyale — whether you found us searching for house painters near me, local painters, or as a recommended professional painters company.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To make a valid warranty claim, you must:

• Retain a copy of the original contract.
• Have proof that you made payment in full.
• Make the property accessible to ElRoyale to inspect and perform any warranty work and/or repairs.
• Pay for the cost of all materials used to perform the repairs.

As soon as you become aware of a potential warranty issue, contact the ElRoyale Painting Business named in your contract to submit a claim and schedule an inspection of your property. If you requested house painting services such as drywall repair for painting, popcorn ceiling removal, wallpaper removal, or cabinet repaint and refinish, please mention those services when you contact us.

Warranty Limitations

This three-year warranty does not cover or include:

• Any work where ElRoyale Painting did not supply the paint or other materials.
• Any work not performed entirely by ElRoyale Painting.
• Varnished surfaces.
• Surfaces made of, or containing, galvanized metal.
• The cost of materials required to perform the repairs.Repairs to horizontal surfaces or any surface that, by design, allows moisture to collect. These include, but are not limited to: decks, railings, stairs, porches, roofs, and gutters.
• Exact paint match, as environmental conditions naturally affect paint color and finish over time.
• Issues caused, in whole or in part, by manufacturing defects in paint, stain, or other products/materials used — regardless of whether provided by ElRoyale or the customer.
• Bleeding caused by knots, rust, or cedar.
• Cracks in drywall, plaster, or wood.

Peeling, blistering, or chipping caused by the following is not covered:

• Mill-glazing from smooth cedar.
• Ordinary wear and tear.
• Abnormal use or misuse.
• Peeling of pre-existing paint layers prior to ElRoyale’s work.
• Design, structural, or other latent defects.
• Settling or movement.
• Moisture content within the substrate.
• Nail pops or imperfections in siding or trim.
• Abrasion, mechanical damage, abrasive cleaning, abuse, or damage due to chemicals or cleaning agents.
• Damage or defects caused by fire, explosion, flood, acts of God, extreme weather, misuse, alterations, abuse, vandalism, negligence, or similar causes beyond ElRoyale Painting’s control.

This Warranty gives you specific legal rights. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on the duration of implied warranties, so the above limitations may not apply to you. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations may also not apply.

This Warranty is the only express warranty provided by ElRoyale Painting and replaces all other warranties, express or implied. It covers only the services performed for the original customer listed on the contract and is not transferable. In no event shall ElRoyale Painting be liable for incidental or consequential damages or damages exceeding the original contract price. This warranty may not be altered or extended unless documented in writing and signed by all parties involved.
