Subject to the limitations set forth below, for a period of three years from the date of completion of the work described in your contract, ElRoyale Painting (“ElRoyale” or the “ElRoyale Painting Business”) will repair any peeling, blistering, or chipping paint resulting from defective workmanship on services performed by ElRoyale — whether you found us searching for house painters near me, local painters, or as a recommended professional painters company.
To make a valid warranty claim, you must:
As soon as you become aware of a potential warranty issue, contact the ElRoyale Painting Business named in your contract to submit a claim and schedule an inspection of your property. If you requested house painting services such as drywall repair for painting, popcorn ceiling removal, wallpaper removal, or cabinet repaint and refinish, please mention those services when you contact us.
This three-year warranty does not cover or include:

This Warranty gives you specific legal rights. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on the duration of implied warranties, so the above limitations may not apply to you. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations may also not apply.
This Warranty is the only express warranty provided by ElRoyale Painting and replaces all other warranties, express or implied. It covers only the services performed for the original customer listed on the contract and is not transferable. In no event shall ElRoyale Painting be liable for incidental or consequential damages or damages exceeding the original contract price. This warranty may not be altered or extended unless documented in writing and signed by all parties involved.
